Client

A mid-sized HR consulting group, with HQ in Zurich, offices throughout the German speaking part of Switzerland and established for +10 years. Employing some 80 staff, extremely well reputed in S. Germany, looking to open an affiliate in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

Position

Open the first affiliate in French speaking Switzerland (Lausanne ideally), and grow the business and the team in this region. In close contact with the mother company in Zurich, your entrepreneurial spirit and your network of contacts in the field will help you to establish the company name as a leader in running assessment centres, HR consulting, coaching, and training.

Profile

• French mother tongue, with fluent English (company language) and German
• 10+ years experience in at least one of the fields of service that the company offers
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build and develop a thriving business
• Be responsible for the economic growth of the entity, including hiring in a bigger team
• Ensuring the liaison with Zurich and other entities in the group
