Sector Manager at 80% - 100%Committed to the quality of public service, the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:Sector Manager at 80% - 100%Your mission / You are in charge of managing the sector and the team, developing projects, and disseminating municipal geodata. You supervise topographic surveys and the management of measuring instruments. You ensure technological monitoring in the field and develop new technical solutions. You are capable of preparing calls for tenders and managing internal and external requests for geodata.Profile / Personal skills / You hold a university degree in or a title deemed equivalent. Possessing excellent knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS), you are comfortable with both commercial software (ESRI) and open-source software, in particular QGIS and the PostgreSQL data system. Possessing interpersonal skills, a good sense of organization, and a good capacity for analysis and synthesis, you are an autonomous person with a team spirit. Experience in personnel management would be an asset.
