As a true conductor, he/she will intervene on: The implementation and compliance with processes and management (HR, finance, tasks), progressive integration of artificial intelligence solutions into workflows. This role is central to enabling teams to focus on business development, and the position does not involve a sales dimension. Requires 7 years of experience, ideally in consulting or a structuring environment. Experience in process management and mastery of management tools (ERP such as Odoo, Excel). Sensitivity to AI topics and digital/cloud environments. Soft skills: Rigor and strong organizational skills. Ability to impose a framework intelligently. Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
