As part of our development, we are creating a position for:Operations and Performance Manager (100%)Job DescriptionReporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the quality, control, and optimization of operations (excluding pedagogy) as well as the financial monitoring of our daycare department. You will collaborate with the daycare management teams and guarantee the coherence, rigor, and measurement of processes. This is a position at the heart of the strategy and development of the group.Main Missions- Financial control, reporting: implementation and monitoring of financial and human performance measurement tools (occupancy rates, cost per place, absenteeism rates, turnover, etc.).- Monitoring of operations from an operational point of view:- Logistics: optimization of supplies and the value chain, search for the best price-quality ratio, monitoring of expenses, and processes.- Analysis of the allocation of resources in place and monitoring of processes guaranteeing optimal quality and experience for families - excluding pedagogy (clients and partners).- Collaboration with management, particularly at the end of the recruitment process for new staff.- Implementation of new software for managing child attendance.Profile SoughtThis position implies a daily presence on-site in our various structures. It is aimed at a person who enjoys action, direct contact with teams, and concrete problem-solving. Remote work is not compatible with the nature of the function.- Excellent analytical capacity and a keen sense of performance.- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and solution-oriented.- Capable of working alone and in a team.- Transversal leadership: liaison between the field and the CEO, ability to influence and convey sometimes difficult messages with diplomacy.- Higher education degree in management, finance, management, or hospitality.- Confirmed experience in a position of Operations and Financial Manager, Manager, or SME Administrative and Financial Manager.- Mastery of French and a very good level of English.- Knowledge of CRM tools.- Experience in the field of early childhood is not required.
