ICT Manager / Digital Project Lead At Swiss Sport Integrity, we protect the integrity of Swiss sport by uncovering and pursuing doping rule violations and ethical breaches, promoting prevention, and ensuring transparent procedures. This strengthens the credibility of sport and places the dignity and health of all individuals involved in sport at the forefront. In the central services department, we are looking for an ICT Manager / Digital Project Lead ( %) to start as soon as possible or as agreed. Your future area of activity includes: Management of support services and lifecycle management of our ICT solutions, coordinating updates, version changes, and maintenance windows with our external partners; serving as the primary contact for complex issues; business analysis and project management; gathering and analyzing requirements from professional sectors; driving projects for the development of the solution environment and external partnerships; managing contracts and guiding project partners; following technological trends (AI/LLM) and their practical utility for our organization; leading AI tools and digital projects (especially in the field of anti-doping). Your profile includes management experience and expertise in interfacing, such as Business Analyst, Manager, or IT Project Manager; you understand the functioning and limitations of current AI models as well as architecture, data flows, and security requirements to validate external solutions; methodological competencies in project management and requirements engineering; proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language (B2 level), and very good English skills (C1). You should have a team spirit and high standards for the quality of work delivered, free from conflicts of interest.
