To complete our Thermal team, we are looking for our Morges branch for aRenewable Energy Project ManagerProfileHES or EPF engineering degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and interaction with partners and clients in managing projects as a Project Owner in the thermal field, as well as the ability to highlight high value-added projects to potential clients and partners.Leadership allowing to steer all aspects of the project, both technical and contractual, and endowed with a great sense of analysis and synthesis, with ease in oral and written communication.Ability to work in a team while leading projects in a way that commits to the objectives.French language, proficiency in German is an asset.TasksMarket prospecting and development of solutions.Identify potential projects and assume responsibility for the preparation of offers, including in the context of responses to calls for tenders covering different technologies.Solicit the necessary specialists to consolidate the decision-making and project definition elements.Assume, as Project Owner, responsibility for all stages of the project: studies, estimates, obtaining legal permits, establishing the detailed financial plan, calls for tenders, obtaining investment credit, and commissioning.Participate in the presentation of the solution and the financial offer to the client, develop and negotiate contracts until their signature.Ensure the monitoring of projects and coordinate the companies involved until the acceptance of the completed works.BenefitsIn this team, your work is flexible: you will evolve in an environment favorable to sharing and collaboration in which you will be able to manage your missions autonomously.
