The position holder guarantees the quality of production, work, and team supervision, while ensuring the application of processes and compliance with company standards.Job requirements:Management and coordination- Manage and coordinate the department teams- Ensure the interface and communication with the mechanical department- Monitor the performance of adjusters and mechanics (quantity, quality, and behavior)- Participate in the creation of a productive and positive work environmentManagement- Implement and improve department procedures- Ensure complete management of tooling (tools and jigs)- Optimize machining cycles- Ensure correct use of equipment and jigs by personnel- Manage the supply necessary for the proper functioning of the departmentQuality and continuous improvement- Ensure production quality monitoring- Analyze scrap and implement corrective actions- Check machining quality after each part- Find a balance between production quality and tool lifeManagement- Manage leave requests and absence tracking- Ensure personnel monitoring of the department and supervision- Ensure the integration of new department members- Supervise new arrivals, interns, or those coming from other departments- Ensure continuous training and skills development of the team- Inform management in case of machine breakdown that cannot be resolved internallyProfile sought- Confirmed experience in a machining or industrial production environment (Ideally watchmaking)- Experience in team management- Good sense of organization and analytical skills and solutions- Ability to work autonomouslyAre you currently looking for a new professional challenge and do you recognize yourself in the established profile?
