For a recognized precision mechanics and micromechanics company in Geneva, to manage and develop a high-value-added CNC machining sector in a demanding technical environment, oriented towards quality and precision, you will play a key role in the technical and human management of the department. We are looking for a:Micromechanics ManagerMissions- Manage, supervise, and optimize a CNC machining / micromechanics department- Guarantee compliance with production schedules, taking into account priorities and technical constraints- Provide technical support for:- Definition, implementation, and monitoring of machining processes- Technical interface with clients and suppliers- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects (process, performance)- Ensure regular reporting to the production management- Unite teams around common objectives, with a focus on quality and technical performanceProfile- Degree in micromechanics, machining, or production engineering (CFC, ES, or equivalent)- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a CNC machining department, in precision mechanics and/or micromechanics- Excellent command of:- CNC machines- CAM tools- Electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes- Good knowledge of SolidWorks- Strong field orientation, leadership, and ability to mobilize teams- Excellent skills in responsiveness and decision-making in a demanding environmentDoes your profile match?
