Traditional Assembly ManagerMissionWithin the framework of this position, in our Watchmaking Division, you will plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the Traditional Assembly activity, according to the production plan and quality standards.Responsibilities- Plan, pilot, supervise, and guide the team to guarantee the production plan.- Support the team in managing individual and team performance, fostering the necessary conditions for optimal team performance, learning, and development.- Participate in cross-functional projects, in collaboration with support departments, to advance the activity and assembly processes.- Participate in the recruitment of new staff.- Ensure compliance with quality criteria, assembly instructions, and all procedures in force.Profile sought- Watchmaker CFC or equivalent diploma, or ES diploma in microtechnology, Watch Design, or equivalent diploma.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.- Confirmed experience as a watchmaker in production on complicated movements.- Mastery of office tools (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is an asset.- Proactive, autonomous, decision-making skills, and ability to prioritize emergencies and manage stress.- Proficiency in written and oral communication and listening skills.- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, team spirit, respect, and integrity. jid5ae16e1aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
