This department combines a societal mission aimed at providing access to care for all and an academic mission aimed at providing pre- and post-graduate teaching and research in primary care medicine. The Primary Care Medicine Service ensures the care of adults falling under primary care medicine. This service also offers emergency medicine services. As part of the general interest missions of the HUG, it offers access to care for populations disadvantaged by their age, social, economic, or legal status (asylum seekers, those denied entry, undocumented persons, prisoners), or their lifestyle habits; if necessary, the primary care medicine service also ensures the continuity of their care.Within the Department of Community Medicine, Primary Care and Emergency Medicine (DMCPR), Primary Care Medicine Service (SMPR), the Epidemiology Unit (UEP) conducts large-scale epidemiological studies, including the Bus Santé study and the Specchio study, which aim to collect health data from the population. As part of innovative projects, we are looking for a research assistant to support recruitment, communication, and participant engagement activities.Research Assistant (Recruitment & Communication) at the Epidemiology Unit - 80% to 100%Within the Epidemiology Unit, you play a key role in the concrete implementation of studies, with a strong focus on the link with participants and communication activities.- You participate in the implementation and monitoring of participant recruitment strategies, ensuring direct contact with the public (emails, calls, field).- You contribute with great enthusiasm to creating a positive and engaging experience for participants throughout their involvement in the studies, and anticipate targets and processes to be implemented for better retention.- You take part in the design and dissemination of communication materials for the unit's projects (flyers, newsletters, web content), using design tools (e.g., Canva with the support of artificial intelligence). You ensure the clarity, accessibility, and quality of the content.- In collaboration with the team, you support the logistics of field activities (recruitment sessions, participant follow-up, contact management) and participate in the continuous improvement of procedures.- You also contribute to the drafting of documents related to projects (procedure documents, recruitment materials, reports), in collaboration with the scientific team.This position is located at the interface between research, recruitment, and communication and involves regular interactions with diverse audiences.- You hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in social sciences, health, or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset.- Previous experience in research, health, communication, or working with the public is an asset.- You are motivated to contact participants, recruit, and talk about ongoing studies.
