Joining us means integrating a European-scale network serving the mobility of all in complete safety.A Group that respects personalities, is open to difference, and promotes the well-being of its employees and good working conditions.We are looking to strengthen our Purchase & Supply Chain team, Resale & Central Purchasing (CPP).Join a key function between supply chain and businessDo you wish to evolve at the heart of the function with responsibility and on a large-scale project for our company?This position places you at the interface between local teams, the group, and suppliers, with a direct impact on data quality, the management of our Central Purchasing revenues, its deployment, and the experience of points of sale.MissionsGuarantee the proper functioning of the Central Purchasing (CPP) for Euromaster Switzerland (main scope) and in support of France, by ensuring data reliability, the fluidity of processes, and alignment with group responsibilities.Management of suppliers & pricing- Create and maintain commercial conditions and supplier data in local systems.- Ensure the consistency and quality of pricing data between systems and repositories.- Manage pricing discrepancies and support billing processes related to the update of key business data (KB).Network support (points of sale)- Be the central point of contact for points of sale (Franchised and integrated).- Ensure daily support and monitoring of CPP flows.- Continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and fluidity of supplier & business processes.Supplier & business management- Accompany the onboarding and management of suppliers.- Participate in annual agreements and the monitoring of commercial conditions.- Collaborate with Sales, Franchise, and Finance teams on business projects.- Contribute to the management of CPP revenues and to reporting & compliance.- Guarantee compliance with brand policies and the group framework.- Monitor performance indicators and data quality.- Contribute to the development and optimization of the CPP model.Scope- Switzerland: ~90% of activities- France: ~10% in supportWhat this role offers you- A transversal position between supply chain, finance, and business.- Direct exposure to group and network teams.- A key role in CPP performance and revenues.Your profile / Education- Commercial employee or Supply Chain diploma: a plus.Skills- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function in BtoB.- Experience in key account management and business development.- Solid analytical and customer service skills.- Excellent mastery of digital tools (CRM, Excel).- Automotive knowledge: a plus.Your personalityYou are:- Results-oriented and organized.- Proactive and solution-oriented.- Comfortable in a dynamic environment.- An excellent communicator with a strong team spirit.Languages- French or German language, with excellent knowledge of the other language.- Knowledge of English, a plus.What we offer- A fixed salary paid over 13 months, supplemented by a variable part Euromaster & Michelin Group bonus.- Access to the Michelin Group savings plan.- Advantageous rates on our products and services.- 5 weeks of vacation per year.- Flexible hours promoting a good balance between professional and private life.- The possibility to telework 1 day per week.- A position based in Givisiez (Fribourg), with parking and easy access near the train station and bus stops.Ready to shift into higher gear?Join an ambitious, dynamic team focused on performance.Apply now, we look forward to meeting you. jid45058a5aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
