We are looking for a dynamic person to take on the role of:Sales Representative - Cantons VD-VS-NE-FRReporting to the Profit Center Manager of ELIS PEST CONTROL, you will prospect in a specific geographical area with a view to acquiring new clients (micro-businesses, SMEs, industries, and shops). You will propose and market all our services and products to professionals from industry, commerce, and services.Your mission consists essentially of:- Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the dedicated area (cantons VD-VS-NE-FR)- Generating a monthly volume of sales- Identifying the needs of prospects and recommending the most appropriate solutions- Preparing quotes (technical and pricing) and carrying out the sale- Ensuring the implementation of the contracted service in coordination with the operations departmentTo achieve your objectives, you will benefit from local management including:- A complete training period on our products- Continuous training in sales methods- A mobile phone as a work tool- A salary commensurate with your performance, including a variable component- Company vehicle and fuel cardYour dynamism and tenacity will make the difference.Profile:- Professional experience in the commercial field- Good knowledge of economic actors and the Swiss market- Experience (5 years minimum) in successful B2B services, ideally with experience in pest control (an FSD would be a plus), or a Pest Control technician profile with a sales DNA- Ease of communication and oral expression skills without subtracting from listening quality- Organized and proactive person, endowed with a sense of commerce and a taste for teamwork while knowing how to evolve daily in an autonomous manner- Endowed with a real spirit of conquest and a true work ethicHave we piqued your curiosity for this position?
