Kitchen Helper Replacement – CDD 3 months – hours The Nant organization manages all public health care in the eastern Vaud region. It takes on public health responsibilities at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. Services are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant organization is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization of recognized public interest regional hospitals in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. If you wish to put your professional skills to the benefit of an institution active in the field of mental health, you may be the new member to complete our hospital site's kitchen team as a Kitchen Helper Replacement – CDD – hours MISSION The mission of the kitchen helper is to participate in the daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen in compliance with HACCP standards. The kitchen helper also participates in the cleaning and storage of dishes, sorting waste (ecological/economic), as well as setting up the work schedule, which is as follows: 7:15 AM – 4:45 PM (full-time), 7:15 AM – 1:45 PM and 4:30 PM – 7:15 PM (split shifts), including weekends (only for split shifts). WE OFFER The Nant organization is a privately recognized institution of public interest, responsible for organizing and providing care in the eastern Vaud region. The kitchen based at the hospital site provides meals for hospital services for all age groups, namely the adult sector as well as other services, which represents about 80 beds. We offer a pleasant working environment, within a motivated team that is open to continuous improvement. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Someone with experience in collective cooking. Knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) are required. Furthermore, we are looking for a team player with good stress management skills. Fluency in written and spoken French is required, along with the ability to adapt to irregular or weekend hours. Finally, we seek to work with an autonomous person who is also reliable in transport.
