Your future responsibilities:You will assemble and adjust watch movements according to standards, ensure the various control positions within the reconditioning activities, guaranteeing impeccable quality, and actively participate in the continuous improvement processes. Profile:You have a CFC in Watchmaking, ideally in the after-sales service, and you have at least 10 years of experience, having developed solid expertise in this field. You possess exceptional manual dexterity, great precision in your work, and impeccable visual acuity. You are able to maintain optimal performance over long periods, combining methodology, rigor, and a sense of organization. You maintain a spotless workstation, constantly ensuring order and cleanliness. You are autonomous while knowing how to work closely with your colleagues, demonstrating a developed team spirit, open-mindedness, and active listening to guarantee fluid communication. You are versatile, flexible, and you easily adapt to a variety of tasks, with the ability to quickly analyze situations and solve technical problems.
