To strengthen our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Relocation Consultant for the Lausanne region.

Your mission

As a Relocation Consultant, you support international employees and their families throughout their relocation to Switzerland. Thanks to your knowledge of the region and your service-oriented approach, you help provide them with a simple, efficient and pleasant relocation experience.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support employees and their families during their relocation.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings.
  • Advise clients on administrative and practical matters (municipality, insurance, banks, schools, transport, etc.).
  • Collaborate with property management companies, authorities and local partners.
  • Ensure personalised and quality-oriented support.

Assignments are organised according to our clients’ mandates and offer great flexibility.

Your profile

  • Experience in relocation, real estate, tourism, hospitality or a comparable service field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lausanne region.
  • Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; German is an asset.
  • Driving licence (category B) and own vehicle.
  • Flexible availability depending on assignments.
