Substitute Road Maintenance Team LeaderWithin the framework of your role as a substitute team leader within the Intercantonal Highway Maintenance Service (SIERA), you will guarantee, alone or as part of a team, the maintenance of roads or any other public domain, according to irregular schedules.Responsibilities- Guarantee the maintenance of roads or any other public domain, according to irregular schedules.- Coordinate and control the activities of a road maintenance team by participating in the work performed.- Ensure winter service and on-call intervention.- Perform tasks and management in compliance with the environment, safety rules, and principles and procedures.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Professional training in the field of landscaping, locksmithing, mechanics, construction, or another technical profession useful to the position.- Experience in driving and team management, a real sense of responsibility.- Heavy goods vehicle and trailer driving license (CE) required, with experience of at least one year.- Personal vehicle.- Good health and aptitude for outdoor work.- Residence located a maximum of 25 minutes from the maintenance center.WHO ARE WE?The Directorate General for Mobility and Roads (DGMR) defines and implements a coherent transport systems policy.
