We are part of a dynamic hotel group that also operates the Ibis in Thielle and the Design Hotel F6 in Geneva.Your next challengeTo strengthen our kitchen brigade composed of 25 to 30 passionate individuals, we are looking for a:Chef de Partie TournantPermanent Contract – 100% - possibility of accommodation during the trial periodAre you versatile, curious, and do you like to evolve in different positions?As a Chef de Partie Tournant, you will work on starters, hot dishes, and desserts. A true pillar of the brigade, you will bring your know-how and your ability to adapt. At Lake Side, every service is a new adventure. Our contemporary brasserie cuisine can accommodate between 80 and 100 covers per service. Here, team spirit and a passion for cooking make all the difference.Your missions- Carry out culinary preparations according to the establishment's quality standards.- Prepare and cook meats, fish, and garnishes.- Participate in the setup of all kitchen stations.- Ensure neat and consistent plating.- Respect technical sheets and production costs.- Participate in stock management and ordering.- Ensure perfect compliance with HACCP standards.- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.- Contribute to the good atmosphere and cohesion of the team.The profile we are looking forYou are above all a passionate professional.You possess:- A CFC, CAP, BEP, or equivalent in cooking;- Successful experience in a brasserie and/or an establishment of similar standing;- Good stress management during busy services;- A true team spirit;- Rigor, autonomy, and a sense of detail.- French is essential.
