## **More about the role** ##

 

- Identify and analyze potential failure modes and root causes, using state-of-the-art tools to drive design improvements
- Perform data-driven reliability assessments on current and future products based on test and field-return data
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and document lifetime and reliability testing, including statistical analysis of failure data
- Lead reliability-related activities within development projects and support teams in applying modern reliability tools
- Act as the subject matter expert for reliability, advising project teams and partnering closely with R&D, product management, manufacturing, and quality

## **More about you** ##

 

- Master-s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in product development, with strong expertise in reliability engineering
- Proven experience with failure and root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, FTA, 5-Why)
- Strong knowledge of design for reliability methods: statistical failure analysis, DoE, (D)FMEA, DRBFM
- Hands-on experience with electronics development, ideally in miniaturized or hearing technology devices
- Confident working with prototypes, PCBs, and fine-pitched components
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in medical devices or another highly regulated environment is a plus
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage
