Management AssistantTo provide and support to team.Responsibilities:- Provide daily support to 1 or more Managers as well as other Account Managers in your team.- Promptly answer client queries received via various channels, ensuring a comprehensive response is provided.- Support Managers and Account Managers in the periodic reviews, respecting both the timeliness and high-quality of the Bank.- Under the direction of the Manager, liaise with clients to obtain relevant documents to address any outstanding queries and ensure all transactions and Know Your Client is complete.Competencies:- Fluent in both French and English; additional languages are an advantage.- Polite and professional approach, with prior experience in client-handling roles.- Knowledge and experience of the Swiss banking environment consistent with client handling and working permit for entry or to be discussed. jide2b6ef3aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
