Nurse, permanent contract, 100%The Nant Foundation organizes all public care for the eastern Vaud region. It assumes public health missions at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant Foundation is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, the Nant Foundation currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its services and its openness to others. To strengthen its Mobile Community Psychiatry Team (DMPC) team, the Nant Foundation is opening a position for a Nurse on a permanent contract at 100%.THE MISSIONThe DMPC nurses are tasked with intervening, on-site, with people presenting psychological difficulties who encounter obstacles in accessing usual care and support structures. Their intervention consists of carrying out specialized clinical work and proposing adapted support in the person's living environment. The care is provided to individuals aged 18 to 65. The DMPC nursing team also ensures entry into care and specialized follow-up for young people integrated into the Young Adult Program (PJA). This three-year program is centered on the early intervention of psychotic disorders (the nurse acts as a case manager).WE OFFERThe Nant Foundation is a private institution recognized as being of public interest, tasked by the State with organizing and providing care in the eastern Vaud region. Working at the DMPC means evolving within the community psychiatry and psychotherapy service, by exercising a diversified activity in constant collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.WE ARE LOOKING FORA nurse with experience in psychiatry (minimum 2 years), holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent). Good experience in psychiatry, particularly with young adults, is desired. This position requires a good sense of organization, autonomy in one's work, as well as good management of unforeseen events and stress. Having a good capacity for analysis and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential for working in this environment, as well as good communication and listening skills.
