The objective is to contribute to the maintenance of their health, their quality of life, and their well-being by guaranteeing the continuity, safety, and quality of the support.In this capacity, the function consists of:- Evaluating the health needs of residents, ensuring clinical follow-up and therapeutic monitoring.- Accompanying residents in daily living activities by promoting the development, maintenance, or restoration of their capacities, with a perspective of promoting autonomy.- Participating in the implementation and evaluation of personalized projects, ensuring respect for the wishes and objectives defined by each resident.- Ensuring a role of reference, clinical support, training, and advice for nursing assistants, nursing aides, and socio-educational assistants.- Coordinating the interventions of the various professionals and network partners in order to guarantee the complementarity and efficiency of the support.- Identifying, evaluating, and managing complex situations, emergencies, and unforeseen events.- Contributing to the daily organization of work and the development of the multidisciplinary team.- Contributing to institutional objectives and continuous improvement of the quality of support, by favoring a multidisciplinary approach centered on the resident.PROFILE- Knowledge and expertise in support and care in a living environment.- Knowledge in psychiatry and with people having behavioral disorders, a plus.- Skills in nursing care, sense of responsibility, and good stress management.- Leadership, ability to be proactive, and aptitude for professional communication in line with the organization's values.- Mastery of computer tools in the workplace and openness to change.- Availability (irregular hours).WE OFFER- Work of rare richness in a multidisciplinary team, within a living environment that relies on global support favoring the well-being and inclusion of residents, and a dynamic organization with multiple activities.- Possibility of accessing training in connection with the position.We thank you for sending us your complete file (cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas, and work certificates). jid79b99a1aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
