Start date: ImmediatelyActivity rate: 80%Nurse (all genders) - 6-month fixed-term contractStart date: ImmediatelyActivity rate: 80%Type of contract: 6-month fixed-term contractLocation: Canton of VaudFor one of our clients, specialized in supporting people living with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disorders, we are looking for a:Nurse (all genders) at 80%Your mission, within a multidisciplinary team, is to ensure comprehensive support for beneficiaries by looking after their health, well-being, and quality of life.Responsibilities- Ensure nursing and health monitoring of beneficiaries.- Provide nursing care and guarantee its traceability.- Participate in the monitoring and implementation of individualized care projects.- Coordinate interventions with doctors, families, and various network partners.- Accompany and support teams in health-related aspects.- Participate in prevention, health promotion, and crisis management initiatives.- Contribute to the development of quality standards and compliance with professional best practices.Profile- HES nursing diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross.- Professional experience with people with disabilities, in psychiatry, or community health is an asset.- Listening skills and sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proficiency in standard tools.- Must be domiciled in Switzerland (mandatory condition: applications from people not domiciled in Switzerland cannot be considered).We offer- A human work environment and varied activity within a committed team.- An enriching experience with a population with specific needs.- Good working conditions.ContactIf you have any other questions regarding this job offer, please contact us.About usAdecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
