For one of our clients located in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are currently looking for a Nurse Specialized in Mental Disability:- Bachelor in nursing or diploma recognized by the Swiss SEFRI.- Confirmed experience in supporting people with mental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or multiple disabilities.- Skills: Excellent listening skills and ability to work in a team.- Personal qualities: Ability to manage stress, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.- Languages: Perfect command of French (oral and written).Within committed multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the support and comprehensive care of people with intellectual disabilities, with or without associated disorders.Responsibilities include:- Evaluate the physical, psychological, and social health needs of the beneficiaries.- Develop, implement, and ensure the follow-up of individualized care projects.- Accompany people in daily life activities by promoting their autonomy and quality of life.- Ensure the monitoring of medical treatments and supervise their effectiveness as well as their potential side effects.- Identify and manage crisis situations or challenging behaviors with professionalism.- Participate in the implementation of adapted therapeutic activities.- Collaborate closely with families, legal representatives, and the various partners of the medico-social network.- Contribute to health promotion, prevention, and the maintenance of the beneficiaries' acquired skills.- Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and in the continuous improvement of quality. jidd471854aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
