Nurse at 90%The Nant Foundation organizes all public care for the East Vaud region. It assumes public health missions at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant Foundation is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, the Nant Foundation currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its care units and its openness to others.The Riviera-Chablais Vaud-Valais Hospital, in collaboration with all its partners, has set up a rapid intervention mobile team (EMIR) to promote keeping the person in an emergency situation in their living environment. This team intervenes upon medical request at the home to assess the situation within two hours and/or provide care to people over 18 years old, 24/7.To staff the EMIR team based at the Rennaz Hospital Center, the Nant Foundation is looking for a Nurse at 90%.THE MISSIONYour main mission will be to intervene for non-life-threatening emergencies within two hours at the patient's place of residence and to establish a link with first-response teams (on-call doctors' center, East Vaud networks, EMS emergencies, EPSM...). Outside of interventions, you will work with the nursing team of the SPAUL (psychiatric reception and liaison service) on site. This position also includes shift work.WE OFFERThe rapid intervention mobile team is at the heart of one of the three services of the Nant Foundation, a private institution recognized as being of public interest, tasked by the State with organizing and providing care in the East Vaud region. Working within this team means exercising a diversified activity within an interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of this project by promoting home care. You will also benefit from continuous training in the field of psychiatry and mental health.WE ARE LOOKING FORA nurse with minimum experience in psychiatry (mainly in acute units or emergency nursing care) recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. We are looking for someone with an interest in the field of emergency care for both adults and the elderly. It is also important to have a good sense of responsibility, autonomy in your work, as well as good management of unforeseen events and stress. Having good analytical skills and clinical judgment is essential to work in this environment, as well as good team spirit.
