Nurse at 80%The Nant Foundation organizes all public psychiatric care for the East Vaud region. It assumes public health missions at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant Foundation is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, the Nant Foundation currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its care units and its openness to others. To complete its team in the Emergency Reception and Liaison Service (SPAUL), the Nant Foundation is opening a position for a Nurse at 80%.THE MISSIONThe SPAUL's mission is to welcome, evaluate, and care for people in crisis requiring emergency intervention and to guide them within the healthcare system. Your mission will be to answer the telephone reception, conduct emergency consultations in a medical-nursing pair, as well as follow up on patients in liaison for those hospitalized at the HRC.WE OFFERThe SPAUL covers all liaison and emergency activity for the East Vaud sector. It is located at the Nant Foundation and is the main contact for the HRC psychiatry department. Working within this team means exercising a diversified activity within a multidisciplinary team.WE ARE LOOKING FORA nurse with experience in psychiatry (mainly in acute units or psychiatric emergencies) and a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. We are looking for someone with a good sense of responsibility, autonomy in their work, as well as good management of unforeseen events and stress.
