To complete its multidisciplinary team, we are looking for a
Your mission
Individualised care and support: Provide and guarantee personalised care, autonomously and/or under medical delegation, taking into account the physical, psychological, spiritual, social and cultural needs of each resident
Personalised project referent: Build, with the resident, their relatives and the multidisciplinary team, an individualised life project according to a humanistic and holistic approach to "caring"
Management of complex situations: Support residents in crisis situations with reflective practice, carrying out preventive and therapeutic actions in collaboration with doctors and health professionals
Team coordination and supervision: Organise, guide and supervise the activities and care of the team (ASSC, ASE, qualified and unqualified nursing assistants)
End-of-life support: Provide palliative care and support to the resident and their relatives in the final days, with humanity and dignity
Medication management and compliance: Plan medical prescriptions, prepare and administer medications, while ensuring compliance with procedures, hygiene and safety standards
Relationship with relatives: Support families throughout the resident's journey with kindness and professionalism
Institutional participation: Get involved in the institution's projects and enthusiastically take on the challenges of the healthcare world
Professional skills
Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or equivalent with Swiss recognition
Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics would be an asset
Training in non-pharmacological approaches for people with cognitive disorders is an asset
Proficiency in common office tools and DIR-SADIES is an asset
Oral and written mastery of the French language, a foreign language is an asset
Human skills
Sincere empathy, warmth, caring approach with residents
Interest in the field of the elderly and the complexity of geriatrics, disorders related to old age such as cognitive and/or psychogeriatric disorders
Ability to maintain a proper professional distance, respectful and without coldness with elderly people
Team spirit and natural collaboration with other EMS professions
Desire to invest and settle long-term in a team that is growing
