Nurse - 60% to 100%Located in a peaceful environment offering a pleasant living and working setting, the care home, located in Reconvilier, is a medico-social establishment that offers 91 rooms spread across three units and one holiday room, as well as a day center to welcome elderly people from the region. To complete our care teams, we are looking for several Nurses – 60% to 100% rate.Your activity with us:- Value residents in the accomplishment of their daily life activities by encouraging them towards autonomy and taking into account their life history, cultural and religious habits.- Observe health changes and recognize emergency situations, take first aid measures, and apply appropriate measures within the scope of your skills.- Participate in medico-delegated support: organize and participate in medical visits, perform medico-technical acts, apply treatments, and follow up on medication for residents.- Accompany residents in crisis and/or at the end of life by respecting advance directives and collaborating with their entourage by providing them with support.- Promote the approach in the institution and with families.Your profile:- Nursing diploma (HES/ES) or equivalent recognized in Switzerland.- Professional experience in a nursing home.- Ability to prioritize and confidence in care management.- Aptitude to listen and be open to non-medicinal approaches, and demonstrate proficiency in tools and software (BESA, DIR).We offer you:- An environment conducive to development and change.- A sustainable institution with a good reputation in the region.- Modern infrastructure and work tools.- Attractive working conditions (13th salary, 5 weeks of vacation, parking).Start date: immediately or by arrangement.ContactsFor questions about the position: Nursing Manager jid4276600aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
