La Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site (adult), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. To support our service in the context of leave replacement, we are looking for our establishment, EMS Mont-Riant in Yverdon-les-Bains, which accommodates 56 people and is specialized in the field of advanced age:Nurse (6-month fixed-term contract between 60% and 80% - EMS Mont-Riant)Whatever their role, Saphir professionals share a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional philosophy of like at home. This means maintaining their habits as much as possible, offering a response adapted to their wishes, and, through real interprofessional collaboration, enabling the well-being and happiness of residents.As a nurse, you provide preventive, therapeutic, and palliative nursing care under the supervision of the support manager and the doctor. You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of the people. You manage all medical emergencies and will activate emergency procedures if necessary. In addition, you participate in examinations and treatments with a view to medical diagnosis.
