We offer an innovative and personalized care concept for individuals who depend on long-term medication treatment in their usual private environment. This includes infusions or injections as well as training for patients or their relatives in autonomous interventions and management without paperwork using modern digital tools. We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a part-time qualified nurse (ES) % in the La Côte region (between Geneva and Lausanne). Your tasks include administering medications at home for patients of all ages with rare diseases and attending to regional team meetings and continuing education. Your profile includes being a qualified nurse (ES) with several years of experience in acute care, emergency care, anesthesia, or intensive care, which is an advantage. Proficiency in placing peripheral venous access and experience with infusion therapies are required. You must have a strong sense of quality, autonomy, flexibility, and a respectful and empathetic approach. Mastering French and having very good knowledge of German or English (at least B1 level) is necessary. A valid B driving license and enjoyment of driving are required. An affinity with digital tools and interest in modern means of communication are also expected.
