Regional Team Leader and Part-Time Hourly Paid Decorative Cosmetics Merchandiser (40%)

The company SFM-Cosmos AG, headquartered in Pratteln, is a Swiss family-owned merchandising agency. For many years, we have been working throughout Switzerland for renowned beauty brands such as L’Oréal, Maybelline and Essence. We are looking for people living in the Lausanne region, who are flexible and used to working independently, to join our team.

The role will involve managing the sales channels of our various brands, particularly in the field of makeup products.

Your tasks:

• Provide technical and personal leadership to around 10 merchandisers in French-speaking Switzerland and be the direct contact for all enquiries
• Ensure an attractive presentation of the merchandise
• Implement the guidelines relating to merchandise presentation
• Order, stock and clean the brand displays
• Carry out assortment changes
• Maintain good contacts with sales floor staff
• Perform administrative tasks such as visit reports and deployment plans

Your profile:

• Experience in merchandising, field service or retail trade, as well as leadership experience
• Precise and efficient working method
• You have a very good command of German
• Knowledge of PC use
• Willingness to cover holiday replacements
• Motivation and enthusiasm for the field of makeup products
• You live in the Lausanne region
• You own a vehicle and have a category B driving licence
