Your missions:
You strategically develop your sales territory in French-speaking Switzerland, establish lasting relationships with clients, and successfully position our premium coffee machines from the brands La Cimbali, Faema, Casadio and Slayer with professionals in catering, hospitality and baristas, as well as with professional clients outside the catering sector.
Sales and turnover responsibility
- Implementation of the annual business plan and budget in your sales territory.
- Planning, managing and implementing all measures aimed at achieving objectives
Customer development and negotiations
- Strategic development of the existing client portfolio
- Conducting contractual negotiations and preparing offers
- Developing customer-oriented strategies aimed at sustainably increasing turnover
Acquisition of new clients and pipeline management
- Identification, approach and active acquisition of new regional clients
- Setting up, taking charge of and managing a structured sales pipeline in the CRM
Market and competition analysis
- Continuous monitoring of the market, trends and competition Early identification of opportunities and risks for targeted sales management
Your profile
- Several years of solid experience as a field sales representative in the capital goods sector
- Excellent network and in-depth knowledge of the HoReCa sector
- Autonomous, dynamic and structured working method, with strong personal motivation
- Passion for coffee and a convincing personality, comfortable in negotiation, with a keen sales sense
- Very good command of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
- Native-level French, fluent German, basic knowledge of English is an asset.
- Category B driving licence
- Neat appearance
