Join us to lead the West Region (Geneva, Lausanne, and Fribourg), with approximately 55 employees active in the field of building automation. As a member of the Management Board, you assume responsibility for the development of the region in terms of human resources, finance, and strategy, and lead projects that contribute to the growth and development of SAUTER in Switzerland. In this capacity, you represent the company to key clients and major partners in Western Switzerland.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management- Direct, support, and develop the teams of the West Region.- Supervise regional managers and foster the development of skills.- Lead management meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities.- Promote a culture of benevolent leadership based on responsibility, transparency, rigor, and sustainable performance.Development and Commercial- Participate in decisions within the General Management.- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Identify growth opportunities and support major commercial initiatives.Steering and Financial Management- Ensure overall responsibility for the region's results.- Manage budgets, margins, performance, and financial reporting.- Guarantee the quality of services from design to maintenance, including implementation.- Supervise sensitive projects and ensure compliance with processes and quality standards.Your profile- University degree (HES) / engineer technician, or equivalent in the fields of electricity, HVAC, automation, or building technology.- Confirmed experience in a management or leadership role for a multi-site technical entity.- Solid knowledge of building automation, Smart Building, or building technology.- Excellent skills in financial management, business development, and entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, and strong leadership.- Mastery of French and very good knowledge of German and/or English.- Driving license.What we offer- A management position with high autonomy and responsibility.- A seat on the General Management Board.- An innovative environment in the fields of building automation and Smart Building.- Committed teams, stimulating projects, and real development prospects.- Attractive salary including performance bonus.Do you wish to take on a new challenge in a demanding technical environment and actively contribute to the development of a region?
