Description

We are seeking an experienced treasury professional with excellent analytical and modelling skills who drives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on responsibility. While prior exposure to logistics assets is a plus, it is not a prerequisite.

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain a Group hedging and liquidity strategy

  • Key responsibility to maintain the Group Liquidity Plan (excel-based)

  • Oversee Group treasury function across the holding company and subsidiaries

  • General treasury advisor to group companies in debt financing, cash pooling, hedging operation etc.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with banks / lenders, including covenant management and reporting
  • Be part of every investment project (organic and inorganic) - especially from the financing / liquidity side
  • Partially responsible for interdisciplinary tasks related to group business planning, portfolio management and investor relation matters
  • Proactive mindset and the confidence to engage with internal and external senior stakeholders
Your Profile
  • Excellent master's degree in relevant field of study (economics, business administration/ management & finance)

  • 4 to 6 years of working experience in deal advisory („Big 4“), debt advisory, private equity, corporate finance or

  • corporate treasury

  • Experience in the infrastructure industry or portfolio management is an advantage

  • Strong investment and financing knowledge

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, sound practical experience using Microsoft Office but especially strong excel skills (mandatory)

  • Strong team player and skilled communicator

  • Strong results orientation and focus on implementation, ability to work towards tight deadlines

  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
