The objective is twofold: to strengthen employability and to accompany individuals toward integration into the labor market.DEMARCHE is looking for its site based in Lausanne, a Service Referent.Permanent contract at 80%Do you hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field, supplemented by a University of Applied Sciences (HES) degree or a Federal Diploma?Do you bring experience within a production environment, and do you have good knowledge of safety and the constraints related to construction sites?Are you recognized for your technical versatility, your proactivity, and your leadership?Do you show a marked interest in the field of integration and are you sensitive to ecological and sustainable issues?Do you want to touch on varied fields and do you like to travel to be at the heart of the field?Your missionOur GREEN – Ecology – Recycling – service brings together 9 sectors of activity with an ecological and sustainable scope, and welcomes a public of people in the process of integration or reintegration at our sites in Crissier, Nyon, Yverdon-les-Bains, and Aigle.
