As a nurse in mental health, your role as a resource person for your future team involves advanced mastery of specific competencies: clinical: Conduct regular assessments to adapt care to the evolving and complex needs of clients. interprofessional: Working in synergy with a multidisciplinary care network to optimize care. Leadership and support: Providing guidance and support to your colleagues, thanks to your role as a resource person in mental health, acting as a core within your team and management of care: Organizing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients while keeping client records up to date in accordance with protocols, including OPAS files. Your profile: You hold a nursing diploma or a recognized title such as a postgraduate diploma in mental health would be a plus. You are autonomous, versatile, and possess great listening skills, with a marked interest in home care and working with different disciplines. You have the ability to adapt easily to various situations and excel in organization and collaboration. You possess a driving license and, ideally, a vehicle.
