REFERENT NURSE AT 80%

YOUR MISSION

As a referent nurse, your role involves advanced mastery of specific skills:

• ï€ Personalised planning: Propose, organise and coordinate intervention plans tailored to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and respect for their needs.
• ï€ Rigorous follow-up: Supervise and regularly reassess situations, coordinate essential actions for safety and continuity of care.
• ï€ Document management: Responsible for managing OPAS forms and updating client files in accordance with guidelines.
• ï€ Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with the entire network (CMS team, caregivers, doctors, partners) to ensure optimal care.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification, supported by significant experience of 2 years, preferably in home care.
• You are versatile, attentive and autonomous; possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and show a strong interest in home care.
• Your organisational skills, ability to anticipate needs and adapt to all types of situations, and competence in stress management are essential qualities.
• You hold a driving licence and ideally have a personal vehicle.
