Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist (80-100%)
A historic player in architecture in French-speaking Switzerland, CCHE offers much more than projects. To complete our human resources team, we are looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist (80-100%).
Mission
Ensure and develop the group’s recruitment by providing expertise and contributing to the implementation of the HR strategy, in order to attract, select and integrate talents that meet the needs of the various companies.
Responsibilities
- Manage all group recruitments, from identifying the need to integrating new employees
- Advise and support managers throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and evolve recruitment practices, tools and processes
- Identify and implement the most suitable sourcing strategies for the profiles sought
- Monitor the market, practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates and recruitment partners
- Ensure recruitment follow-up, analyse indicators and be proactive in a continuous improvement logic
- Participate in employer branding development and contribute to the group’s attractiveness
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the evolution of group practices
Profile
- 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing qualified recruitments and varied profiles
- Autonomous, structured, pragmatic and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service mindset
- Ability to support managers in defining needs and ensuring quality recruitments
- Mastery of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Ability to collaborate with managers and the HR team
- Federal diploma as HR specialist or equivalent training, an asset
Positioning
- Partner of managers and the group’s various companies
- Active contribution to HR projects and continuous improvement of practices
- Recruitment referent within the HR team
