To complete our human resources team, we are looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist.MissionEnsure and develop the group's recruitment by providing expertise and contributing to the implementation of the HR strategy, in order to select and integrate talent meeting the needs of the various companies.Responsibilities- Manage all group recruitment, from the definition of the need to the onboarding of new employees and accompany managers throughout the recruitment process- Develop and evolve recruitment tools and processes- Identify and implement the most suitable sourcing strategies for the profiles sought- Ensure market monitoring, best practices, and trends in talent acquisition- Develop and maintain a network of candidates and recruitment partners- Ensure follow-up of recruitment, analyze KPIs, and be a driving force for proposals in a logic of continuous improvement- Participate in the development of the employer brand and contribute to the attractiveness of the group- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the evolution of the group's practicesProfile- 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition- Experience in managing qualified recruitment and varied profiles- Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of service- Ability to accompany managers in order to define needs and guarantee quality recruitment- Mastery of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools- Ability to work in close collaboration with managers and the HR team- Federal diploma as an HR specialist or equivalent, an asset- Proximity to managers and the various companies of the group- Active contribution to HR projects and to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices within the HR teamStart date: September 1stDuration: IndefiniteIf you wish to join a company founded on integrity, commitment, and team spirit, while benefiting from a dynamic professional environment, we look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV with photo, work certificates, and diplomas).Incomplete applications or those not corresponding to the job profile will not receive a response.Placement agencies please abstain. jid30f57d7aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
