Your missions:

In close collaboration with the various consultants from our Geneva-Vaud-Fribourg-Neuchâtel-Valais agencies, you qualify *blue-collar* profiles and make a significant contribution to the successful recruitment of vacant positions in the industrial and logistics sectors. You constantly have the talents corresponding to the recurring needs of our clients at your disposal thanks to effective daily sourcing and pooling.

Your daily tasks will be:
- Utilising social networks, job boards and our internal CV database
- Posting advertisements, sourcing and conducting mass interviews
- Compiling files and sending applications to consultants
- Sending the necessary assignment information to our CORE Administrative department.

Your profile:
To succeed in this position,
- you ideally have a basic commercial training in a service company and have completed training as a Personnel Management Assistant (an advantage).
- you have ideally already gained some professional experience in personnel recruitment.
- You speak French fluently. English is an asset.
- You stand out for your interpersonal skills, excellent team spirit and eagerness to learn.
