Complete management of certain recruitments: understanding the need, drafting advertisements, sorting applications, selecting candidates, organising interviews, participating in interviews alongside managers, negotiating with selected candidates, finalising recruitments.

- Proven experience in a recruiter role
- Experience in IT recruitment = major asset
- Rigour, organisation and autonomy
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
