We offer you, within the recovery and resolution division, a position asMain tasks- Draft decisions in insolvency proceedings and represent requests before decision-making bodies.- Independently evaluate requests for the recognition of foreign bankruptcy judgments and insolvency measures.- Analyze and evaluate emergency and recovery plans as well as requests for capital market instruments.- Independently clarify complex legal issues in the field of recovery and resolution.- Participate in projects and specialized working groups.- Collaborate with supervisory areas and cross-functional functions.Required profile- Master's degree in law (Swiss university) with additional examinations (e.g., bar exam) constitute an advantage.- One to five years of professional experience in insolvency law, in the courts, or in banking/financial market law.- Interest in questions and developments in the field of financial market law.- Autonomy, strong analytical skills, and networked thinking.- Confidence in negotiations and pleasure in working in demanding contexts.- Perfect command of German or French (C2 level) with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual FR/DE preferred) as well as very good knowledge of English (C1 level); command of Italian constitutes an advantage.We are the ideal employer for those ready to commit fully, seeking challenges, and wishing to take on responsibilities quickly.
