Are you motivated by the idea of being part of a small team specialised in recourse, which regulates active recourses from accident and supplementary accident insurance in all three national languages at the Zurich Oerlikon location?
As a recourse specialist in personal insurance, you efficiently and solution-orientedly regulate recourses from UVG and UVG-Z against other insurance companies and partly also against private individuals (perpetrator recourses). You can expect an exciting, varied and very responsible task and enjoy a great deal of decision-making freedom.

What you do
- You regulate active recourses from accident insurance and supplementary accident insurance primarily in French, if possible also in one of the other national languages.
- You handle foreign recourses independently or in cooperation with international claims adjusters.
- As an arbitrator, you decide on disputed third-party recourses on the recourse platform of Swiss private insurers (claims up to CHF 30,000).
- If a judicial clarification of an active recourse is indicated, you instruct and accompany external lawyers.
What you bring
- Degree in law (Master of Law) and/or many years of experience in regulating recourses as well as further training in liability law.
- Several years of experience in liability law and personal insurance (especially UVG) are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Solution-oriented mindset, high assertiveness and negotiation confidence combined with high resilience as well as an independent and efficient working style.
- Open, team-oriented and communicative personality who maintains resilience, humour and patience even in hectic situations.
- Excellent written and spoken French skills as well as very good German skills; any additional language, especially Italian, is an advantage.
