Records Manager – ArchivistThe Haute école pédagogique du canton de Vaud ensures the professional training of teachers for all levels of schooling. It conducts research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and education. It offers continuing and advanced education, as well as a range of services intended for all education professionals. We are advertising the position of:Records Manager – ArchivistStart date: as soon as possibleActivity rate: 80%Duration of contract: fixed-term for a duration of 6 monthsSalary level: class 10 of the RSRC of the Canton of VaudYour main activities consist of piloting and developing the management of documents and archives of the HEP Vaud, while guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory, and institutional requirements. You accompany the institution's units in the implementation of good Records Management practices, coordinate the classification, processing, and archiving processes of documents, and ensure the governance of dedicated systems and tools. You work in close collaboration with internal services, the Information Unit, and the Vaud Cantonal Archives to guarantee efficient and secure management of information throughout its life cycle. You also contribute to the organization and preservation of archives and participate in the evolution of institutional policies and ensure active monitoring in the fields of Records Management and archiving. Your activities take place within the Information Unit.Profile:- Master's degree in Information Sciences and/or Humanities or equivalent title, or Bachelor's degree in Information Science with experience in project management, quality, or governance (an asset);- Professional experience of 3 years in the field of archiving and information governance;- Knowledge of content management tools: file server, GED system tools, electronic archiving system (SAE);- Knowledge of standards and repositories: ISO 15489, ISO 16175, ISO 30300, ISAD(G), ISAAR(CPF), RiC;- Knowledge of standards and repositories: ISO 27001, ISO 27002, BPMN (an asset);- Furthermore, you have a good understanding of the professional environment and the legal framework of information;- You demonstrate an ability to manage projects and plan resources effectively;- You possess skills in communication and in accompanying entities in the field of records management;- You are able to manage funds, collections, content, and knowledge, while ensuring relevant indexing of information;- You master the lifecycle of documents as well as the layout of spaces dedicated to their storage and consultation;- Finally, you have solid aptitudes for research, analysis, and drafting of reports.A detailed job description can be consulted at the following link: LinkApplication deadline: July 6Note: Only applications submitted through the HEP Vaud website will be considered.HEP Vaud promotes the diversity of its staff and ensures equal opportunities. jid7fcd06faen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
