You will ensure smooth communication with all departments of the hotel and have the mission to monitor the presence of clients and anticipate their needs. You will supervise the check-in and payment process of individual clients and will be responsible for updating and revising the hotel’s procedures. You will be in charge of organizing and leading regular meetings with the reception team and participating in the hiring and training of new staff. You will ensure clear and effective communication with the team, the Reception Manager, and other departments. Requirements You have a diploma in hospitality (CFC, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS). You have gained 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star establishment. You master software tools (Opera, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You possess managerial and management skills and have a sharp sense of hospitality and customer service with excellent communication abilities.
