As part of a 10-month temporary assignment, for a replacement, we are looking for one of our clients, a care home based in the Canton of Geneva, a



Receptionist Secretary in a Care Home at 50% (M/F)



Your mission:

  • Welcome, inform and professionally direct residents, families, suppliers and service providers
  • Manage the internal and external communication of the establishment
  • Manage the reception secretariat and bookings
  • Manage the cash desk and reception storeroom

Required technical skills:

  • Adapt to the diversity of clientele (residents, families, service providers)
  • Meet the needs of the clientele during their stay

Your profile:

  • Diploma from a hotel school or commercial employee CFC
  • 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality required
  • Perfect command of spoken and written French
  • Knowledge of a foreign language desired
  • Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent presentation and strong sense of service
  • Familiar with luxury codes and possessing a refined vocabulary
  • Smiling, welcoming and with an excellent image
  • Available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
  • Possibility to work at weekends
