As part of a one-year temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a nursing home based in the Canton of Geneva, a
Receptionist Secretary 50% (M/F)
Your mission:
- Welcome, inform and professionally direct residents, families, suppliers and service providers
- Manage the internal and external communication of the establishment
- Manage the reception secretariat and bookings
- Manage the cash desk and reception storeroom
Required technical skills:
- Adapt to the diversity of clientele (residents, families, service providers)
- Meet the needs of the clientele during their stay
Your profile:
- Diploma from a hotel school or commercial employee federal certificate
- 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality required
- Perfect command of spoken and written French
- Knowledge of a foreign language desired
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent presentation and strong sense of service
- Familiar with luxury codes and possessing a refined vocabulary
- Smiling, welcoming and with an excellent image
- Availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Possibility to work at weekends
