Reception Assistant 60%
Your tasks
- Commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training
- Experience in a reception service (reception/telephone)
- Good writing skills and administrative management
- Competence, customer orientation, partnership behaviour and results-oriented
- Independence, reliability, precise working style and stress resistance
- Confidence and ease in contact with a diverse and demanding clientele
- Neat appearance and sociability
- Communicative personality, able to work in a team
- Native French speaker, good knowledge of English or German would be an asset
