In a context of changing usage, the group actively pursues the development of its real estate, combining the repositioning of assets and the development of new projects. Within a human-sized structure, offering a high degree of autonomy and extensive responsibilities, we are looking to recruit the person who will succeed the current holder, who will soon retire, for the position of:Real Estate Project Manager - 100%Varied projects at the heart of the group's real estate challengesYour ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects in French-speaking Switzerland, covering everything from heavy maintenance work and surface areas to development projects. In close collaboration with the operators, you will participate in defining needs and ensure their implementation. You will lead all phases, from selecting partners to project completion, ensuring adherence to costs, timelines, and quality. You will also be involved in managing site operations, especially during changes in use or in the context of interventions on occupied sites. Furthermore, you will participate in discussions on topics more related to asset repositioning or the development of new projects, which involve interactions with authorities. You will operate in a demanding environment, offering significant autonomy as well as direct responsibility for your actions.Your ProfileYou have confirmed experience in managing real estate projects in Switzerland, ideally gained in contexts involving coordination or complex projects, particularly in retail or commercial assets. Comfortable in evolving environments where the contours are not always clearly defined, you are agile and navigate effectively between technical challenges and sometimes conflicting priorities. You are autonomous and capable of prioritizing, deciding, and taking on your responsibilities in demanding contexts. You adapt flexibly to varying work rhythms and appreciate environments that require flexibility and responsiveness. With good interpersonal skills, you interact easily with a variety of stakeholders, including operators, architects, and authorities.
