Expertise (technical and regulatory)- Value analysis: Ability to evaluate a property not based on a gut feeling, but with a structured approach, using financial and legal foundations regarding its profitability potential (yield, capital gain).- Legal expertise: In-depth knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations of the main municipalities in the Canton of Geneva and Vaud to identify acquisition risks or opportunities.- Mastery of financial plans, market value, DCF, residual value, and investments to maintain and/or redevelop land and real estate assets.- Ability to quickly estimate construction and energy compliance costs.2.
