City of FribourgReal Estate Specialist at 100%The City of Fribourg is advertising a position for a Real Estate Specialist at 100% in the Finance DepartmentYour missions- Develop and evolve the building strategy of the City- Analyze the needs of the departments and propose solutions for surface areas and premises- Manage projects related to premises needs and support departments in their reflections- Develop standards and management tools for workspace management- Act as the reference contact for questions regarding land policy and real estate management- Conduct technical, economic, and financial analyses in the context of acquisitions, sales, and real estate developmentsYour profile- Master's degree in business economics or equivalent qualification- Federal diploma as a real estate expert or in real estate management is an asset- Several years of experience in the fields of real estate and/or project management- Rigor, precision, method, and analytical capacity- Keen sense of negotiation and ability to work in a network- Very good knowledge of office automation tools- French speaker with good knowledge of the German languageStart date: September 1st or by arrangementSensitive to sustainable development, the City of Fribourg requests that applications be submitted via the recruitment website by August 9th.
